Inspired and named after our very own favorite fitness pup who makes cameo appearances in class from time to time.  To the Max is NikkiFit's very own signature formatted class that will fill all your fitness needs.  This class is jammed packed with heart throbbing cardio drills such as cardio kickboxing and HIIT combined with strength training exercises and nonstop core challenges.  Finishing with Pilates for flexibility and recovery.  Are you ready to take it to the MAX??

 

Warrior Wednesdays

Are you ready to transform your body? Resistance bands and one set of weights (or kettle bell) are what you need for this workout.  This class is guaranteed to strengthen, firm and tone your entire body. It is designed to improve your overall strength, flexibility, balance, core stability and lean muscle tone.
