Fit-Body Boot Camp

This class is perfect to get in a complete and full body conditioning workout.  Great for all fitness levels.  One set of weights, one kettle bell or one body bar and resistance bands are needed to join.   In this class we work on endurance, agility, strength, and core stability.  It's a great way to start your week!

Tranquil Tuesdays 8:30am-9:00am

Peace of Mind Pilates

 

Connect your mind, body and breathe with this classical Pilates class.  This class specializes in core stability and overall strength.  We also work on alignment, flexibility and so while relaxing our mind.

Warrior Wednesdays

        12:15pm-12:45pm

This class is perfect for a quick but challenging workout.  This format combines Boxing Drills, Hard Hitting HiiT moves and Strength Training. Are you up for the challenge?? One Set of weights are needed for this workout.

Muscle Factory

Are you ready to transform your body? Resistance bands and one set of weights (or kettle bell) are what you need for this workout.  This class is guaranteed to strengthen, firm and tone your entire body. It is designed to improve your overall strength, flexibility, balance, core stability and lean muscle tone.

Inspired and named after our very own favorite fitness pup who makes cameo appearances in class from time to time.  To the Max is NikkiFit's very own signature formatted class that will fill all your fitness needs.  This class is jammed packed with heart throbbing cardio drills such as cardio kickboxing and HIIT combined with strength training exercises and nonstop core challenges.  Finishing with Pilates for flexibility and recovery.  Are you ready to take it to the MAX??
