 NikkiFit's very own signature formatted class that will fill all your fitness needs.  This class is jammed packed with heart throbbing cardio drills such as cardio kickboxing and HIIT combined with strength training exercises and nonstop Pilates core challenges.  

 

Warrior Wednesdays

Are you ready to transform your body? Resistance bands and one set of weights (or kettle bell) are what you need for this workout.  This class is guaranteed to strengthen, firm and tone your entire body. It is designed to improve your overall strength, flexibility, balance, core stability and lean muscle tone.

Find your serenity with this 30min Flexibility Stretching Class.  All you need is a mat to join this class.  The intent of this class is to focus on recovery and flexibility for the entire body whether you're an athlete, a workout warrior or just super tight from the frigid climates of the winter.

Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating Pilates/HiiT Fusion class.  All fitness levels are welcome.  This is NikkiFit's new signature format that combines cardio/hiit drills, classical Pilates mat exercises and ending with pliability stretches and reiki energy healing.  This class we will focus on strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and centering of your chakras.  SMALL GROUP TRAINING
